S3i innovates the concept and format to the interface with the 6.0 (ECC) version of the SAP/PM

It took place in the manufacturing units of one our Brazilian clients, the validation and approval of the S3i x SAP/PM interface in the 6.0 (ECC) version.

As an innovation in relation to the interface process hitherto in use, this brand new version has left the S3i enabled so that its routes are now programmed through Plans/ Items/ Roadmaps configured in the SAP/PM through simple and conventional operations, regardless of its version.

A significant advance contemplated in this version, is that the interface solution from the SAP/PM is now part of the S3i package, optimizing costs and timescales for the SAP/PM management team.

One of the circumstances that contributed to the full success of this version was the use of solutions that were native of the SAP/PM, in a simple implementation and maintenance format that includes an SGQ (Quality Management System) for its control and audits. With this new version, the S3i software advances as an adherence tool for the main system of your company (ERP).

The software. It is important to emphasize that the S3i remains the only mobile computing maintenance system with the following peculiarities:

- It is a CLOSED system;

- Procedures for Loading and Unloading data are simple, intuitive and fast;

- Uses INTELLIGENCE in the operationalization of plans;

- Does the AUDITING of the effectiveness and quality of inspections in real time and in full;

- Does the management and operation of ALL TYPES OF INSPECTION (Predictive, Planned, Autonomous, END, Rounds);

- Automatically fills in SAP / PM to "flap failure" when the registration of Notes / Orders;

- Makes reinspections post-repair as a method of certification of the effectiveness of maintenance. When the repair is not effective it automatically REOPENS THE ORDER;

- Has its own methodology of implementation and operation a fully lined to the results in availability and cost of maintenance in the SHORT TERM.
